  • 1. When will I be able to move in?
    Move-ins will begin April 2018
  • 2. What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs and Cats (Non Aggressive Breeds only), exotic pets are not permitted
  • 3. How many pets may I have?
    You may have 2 pets per apartment with no weight limits
  • 4. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    At time of move in you will need to pay a $550 pet fee per pet and if there is a second pet it’s an additional $300. Monthly pet rent is $15 for one pet and $20 for two pets
  • 5. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    You will need to bring a current government issued photo ID
  • 6. What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    See Qualifying Standards
  • 7. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, upon move out inspection and minus any damages or charges
  • 8. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Yes, you can exercise the Choice of Damages, Early Termination Addendum
  • 9. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes
  • 10. What utilities are included in my lease?
    None
  • 11. How long is the term of the lease?
    12, 13, 14 or 15 months
  • 12. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes, after the initial lease term has been satisfied
  • 13. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes
  • 14. Do you offer furnished apartments?
    No
  • 15. Do you offer corporate apartments?
    No
  • 16. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    On the resident portal. You can also go to the leasing office and they will put a service order in for you
  • 17. When is my rent payment due?
    On the 1st of each month
  • 18. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    On the 4th of the month
  • 19. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes, except at move-in then you will need to bring a cashier’s check or money order
  • 20. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes, the resident portal
  • 21. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes, up to 2 weeks, they will need to register their vehicle with the office.
  • 22. Do you have reserved parking?
    We will offer reserved preferred parking
  • 23. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Yes, we will have a designated location for motorcycle parking, must provide a kick stand support.
  • 24. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No, we offer Outdoor Grilling Summer Kitchens
  • 25. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes
  • 26. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    YES, Packages are delivered to the resident’s door but if a resident needs us to accept a package the office will be happy to and hold the package for 48 hours.
